Conference Fees for 2012 Include

Your choice of seminars (see Seminars) No pre-registration of specific seminars is needed.

All Day use of Exhibit Hall (see Exhibitors page)

Door Prizes for pre-registered attendees These will be available to pick up when you pick up your name tag at the door.

Luncheon, and free refreshments throughout the day. The lunch buffet will consist of cold meat, lettuce, tomatoes, buns, and condiments, potato salad, macaroni salad, carrots and celery sticks, and cookies. If you are on a special diet, please bring your own lunch.

Afternoon Only Exhibit Hall Pass

The Afternoon Only Exhibit Hall Pass is designed for those who do not wish to attend the seminars. It gives access to the exhibit hall from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. only. It does not include the seminars, door prizes, or luncheon. This is available only at the door starting at 1:30.

Registration Deadline

Please pre-register with full payment by February 18, 2012, by printing out the registration form and sending to the address shown on the form. Pre-registration is not available for the Afternoon Only Exhibit Hall Pass.

Registrations after February 18, 2012

Registrations cannot be accepted by mail if postmarked after February 18, however you are still able to register at the door. Please complete the registration form and print it out and bring to the conference. You will receive a syllabus at the door, but you may wish to use our seminar page to plan what seminars you wish to attend. No pre-registration for individual seminars is needed.
