Can I purchase a recording of a session?

Sorry, this is not possible as we do not record the sessions.

Can I use my credit card to pay over the phone? at the registration desk?

We do not currently have that technology in place. Please plan to pay either by cash or with a cheque made out to “Home Education Conference”.

Can you give me the contact information for .......speaker?

We do not give out the personal information on any of our speakers. We will forward a question on to a speaker, with your email address, and leave it up to them as to whether or not they wish to respond.

Can I register by email?

No, please register by completing the registration form online, printing it and mailing to the address stated on the form before the advanced registration cut off date. If it is past the advanced registration date, please print the completed form and bring with you to the conference.

Can I bring my children?

Due to insurance restrictions, only nursing babes in arms are allowed at the conference. Please make other arrangements for your remaining children for that day.

Do you provide child care?

No, we do not as we are not permitted to have children on site, due to our insurance regulations.

Can I bring a stroller for my baby?

Strollers are permitted in the hallways and classrooms at the conference, but are not permitted in the exhibit hall. You may wish to bring a sling, backpack, etc. to carry your baby when you are in the exhibit hall. The strollers must be left just outside the exhibit hall.

Do you offer a vegetarian lunch?

If you have dietary restrictions/preferences, please feel free to bring your own food. We offer a cold meat lunch which is detailed on our schedule page.

Do I get a discount if I bring my own food? No.

I can't attend in the afternoon, can I do the vendor hall only in the morning?

The morning exhibit hall time is reserved for those who have paid for the full day conference, as the exhibit hall tends to become very busy in the afternoon. You are welcome to attend the exhibit hall in the morning if you purchase a full day conference.

My daughter/son/husband is sick, can I have a refund?

We do not offer refunds. You may "sell" your attendance to another person, if you have contacted the conference committee beforehand.

My husband might have to work, can he pay the day of the conference?

Yes, he can. He will only need to pay the spousal price when he arrives.

Do you offer a pastor's discount? No.

Do you offer a newcomer's discount? No.

Do you offer a group discount? No.
