Announcements in Exhibit Hall

9:15 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Session 1

10:45 a.m. - 12:00 m.

Session 2

12:00 m. - 1:30 p.m.

Lunch  

Shopping in the Exhibit Hall

1:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Session 3

3:00 p.m - 4:15 p.m.

Session 4

5:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Closes

Seminars will be approximately 1 hour long, with an additional 15 minutes allotted for questions and answers. You are not required to register for seminars ahead of time.

The exhibit hall is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (it is even open during seminars)

Baby strollers are not permitted in the exhibit hall for the safety of your children and our patrons.  They are permitted in the hallways,  and seminar rooms.

 

The lunch buffet will consist of cold meat, lettuce, tomatoes, buns and condiments, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, carrot/celery sticks and dessert. If you are on a special diet,  please bring your own lunch.

Beverages and light snacks available throughout the day at no additional cost.
