Seminar topics will include approaches to choosing curriculum; teaching specific subjects; practical tips for success; and more. You are not required to selecting your choices of seminars when registering.

Explore the displays of curriculum and other learning materials from over 50 vendors.

Discuss your specific needs and purchase resources to enhance the learning process.

Admittance to the large exhibit hall is included in conference fee.

Beverages and light snacks are available throughout the day at no additional cost.

All pre-registered attendees will be entered into the door prize drawings.

Conference Syllabus included in conference fee.  Syllabus includes short seminar descriptions, time each seminar is offered, conference information, exhibitor information. It will be mailed after March 14 to all pre-registered attendees.  They will be given at the door to those who register there.

All Day Exhibit Hall Pass included in conference fee

Afternoon Only Exhibit Hall Pass may be purchased at the door starting at 1:30 for those unable to attend seminars. Good only from 1:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Cell Phones  We do not have a general phone number that caregivers may reach you during the day.  We recognize that your cell phone is an important way for those caring for your children to get hold of you in an emergency, and for this reason, we will not be requesting that you shut your phone off. However, please make sure that your phone is turned to vibrate, so that it will not disturb others. If you should happen to get a call during a seminar, please exit the seminar to take the call.  Also, please refrain from making calls during a seminar session.  The speaker of the session may ask you to leave if the phone is causing a disruption to others.

Additional Information

Due to insurance regulations, no children under 12 are permitted, except nursing babies.

Strollers permitted in hallways and classrooms, but NOT permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

Seminars sessions will not be taped.

Payment by credit, debit or paypal for registration cost is not available -- Cheques or cash only
